smaller portion of my WI for sale***limited to 2000 characters here This is our Yegua development project in Wharton County, TX. I can email the original Executive Summary presented to all prospective investors before we drilled the 1st well -- the Brooks #1. I can also email the XRMI-and log analysis...and subsequent WI emails. The basis of this project is to exploit the 600' Yegua section in an area that should cover in excess of 1000 acres. The Yegua, at this geographic location consists of thin bed sands intermixed with shale. There were 14 wells drilled in the 90s that produced from only one interval & the same interval we are producing from within the 600'. Those wells averaged 1.2 BCF & almost 100,000 BC. They never attempted to complete the entire 600' because at the time of their exploration, there was no logging tool developed that could differentiate this type of sand/ shale deposit but more importantly, the fraccing technology, that has been perfected from the many different shale plays that have taken place over the last 5 yrs, was not available to them. We will allow this production to flow until such time as the well starts to decline. At that point, we will re-enter the well & complete the 3 stage frac of the remaining section above. Estimated reserves from that frac are estimated at 1.5 BCF & 100,000+ BC. Your participation in this well provides you an interest in the 320 acre leasehold & allows you the opportunity to participate in all subsequent wells drilled on this lease -- we project a minimum of 2-3 more wells. Further, as an added benefit to participating in this project, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in all of the offset prospects (currently 3) that will continue to fully develop this resource type Yegua section. Project Cost (1%): $ 32,500.00 I own 3%, and am willing to make sales as small as .25%. But not whole WI. Will make discount with timely transaction
