I have a PUD property that I need to develop. I am looking for an investor to finance the first 3 up to 12 wells, each costing 125K for turn key costs. I want a commission of 10% on each well. You would receive a 55% working interest for a 25 year agreement. This is a good lease that other producers in the area have also expressed interest in.
